Description

Ken Hubbs was a promising second baseman for the Chicago Cubs when the plane he was piloting crashed near Provo, Utah in February 1964. This black-and-white 3-1/4 x 5-1/2” postcard was penned by the 1962 ROY. The scarce collectible was penned on the upper left corner, with the faint autograph and salutation registering (“7”). The reverse exhibits traces of glue residue and has a stamped address for Hubbs’ fan club. Full photo LOA from Kevin Keating.
