Only the third team in October annals to erase a three-games-to-one deficit and win a World Series, the 1968 Detroit Tigers secured their crown in impressive fashion, beating the unstoppable Bob Gibson in Game 7. The offered framed display showcases the signatures of (34) of those resilient Tigers. Framed to dimensions of 27 x 17-1/2", a black-and-white team likeness is endorsed by (27) of the champion players, while an additional (7) cut signatures are symmetrically arranged to accent the team likeness. Executed with various black or blue ink writing instruments, the signatures show ("9") or better quality throughout (with a few noted exceptions).
