Graded 60 EX 5 by SGC. Presented is the only 1910 E105 Mello-Mint Chief Bender (Striped Hat) variation judged by the third-party service. The card featuring this Hall of Fame twirler is accentuated by well-defined corners and edges along with a remarkably clear surface registration. The bright uniform detailing is perfectly contrasted with the penetrating blue obverse backdrop. Despite slight age-induced bowing and moderately errant centering, the ornate advertising reverse is crisply printed and clean. This scarce Texas regional sample is ideal for the Cooperstown themed gathering.
